While everyone is hunkered down at home, or local businesses and organizations have come up with some unique and fun ways to reach you! So we’ve compiled a list of the cool things being done in our community to connect you, provide daily activities, and help you get through the week!

Arts & Crafts

Creatively Uncorked is doing some live videos and is making “Art-Kits to Go” for pick-up. 

Hayden the Art Dude (also an instructor at Plains Art Museum) is hosting online “art parties” on his Facebook page

Unglued is providing art kits for sale and hosting “how-to” videos on their Facebook page


Allison G. Fargo’s Yogi offering free sessions of yoga and meditation on her Facebook page

Conquer Ninja Gym is posting a daily workout challenge on their Facebook page. 

Courts Plus Community Fitness is sharing daily workout videos from their staff featuring popular classes on their page.

Ecce Yoga is posting online yoga videos through their Facebook page

Family Wellness is offering at-home workouts to their members.  

FLY | a fitness revolution is posting workout videos to their Facebook page.  

Gasper’s School of Dance has a Youtube page where they have uploaded FREE dance classes. They have a variety of videos available for ages 3 to Adult. 

Just 4 Kix (all locations) is posting live video dance classes for the community.

Lucent Yoga & Fitness is hosting free classes on their Youtube page

TNT Kid’s Fitness has workouts posted on their Facebook page

YMCA Cass-Clay will be sharing a daily Group Fitness video workout and a LIVE chat/workout session with their Fitness Team. They will also be sharing fun content like nutrition advice, activities for kids/families, and more!


Blackbird Woodfire is offering pizza kits for purchase

Herd and Horns is offering family-style meals for pick up.

Mezzaluna is selling Take and Bake kits.

Milk Made will be offering cheese plates for pick-up and virtual tasting sessions

Pounds is offering Bloody Mary Kits for pick-up

Randy’s University Diner is offering family-style takeout meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 

Rhombus Guys Pizza is offering take-and-bake pizzas

Code Ninjas is offering virtual sessions for their current ninjas and free game-building sessions for the entire community. 

Dandy Lion Cuts is hosting a story time on their Facebook page

Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre is sharing regular readings from The Magic Castle on their Facebook page

Fargo Park District is sharing daily Take 5 Activity videos on their page. Take 5 Activities are designed to give ideas for an activity break with your kiddos to do an art project, get outside, or just move around. All of their activities use items you probably already have in your house!

Inspire Innovation Lab has fun STE(A)M activities for your kiddos to do!

Kidderbug Kreations has a list of great indoor activities on their website

Music Therapy in Motion has videos on their Facebook page and classes available through Zoom. 

Red River Zoo is posting videos with zoo animals and other at-home ativities on their Facebook page.  

Wild About Play is hosting storytimes in their private Facebook group for free, offering guided menu planning on a donation basis, and can do custom activity sessions by video chat.
