Prenatal Small Group Training begins

With the guidance of our (pregnant!) trainer Becky, this class is designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy and provide a base for post partum recovery. This prenatal small group training includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training to ensure you and your growing baby stay active and healthy.
This class is for expecting mothers in 1st – 3rd trimester.
