Hula Hooping for Mental Health: 6-Week Series

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until February 9, 2022
Learn how a hula hoop can improve your mental and overall health! Miss Honeysuckle will be teaching all the basics and more! ALL are welcome; beginners to advanced students! Modifications can be made for anyone! Can’t hoop? Miss Honeysuckle has handcrafted, adult (size matters!) sized hula hoops with gaffers tape on them, which helps keep the hoop on the body! Plus, there’s more to hula hooping than just waist hooping! Off-body moves with small lightweight hoops will unlock a new movement and connection in your body, allowing you to “dance like nobody’s watching!” This hoop series allows you to dive into yourself and practice mediation, mindfulness, confidence, and manifestation, leaving you with a full body AND mind workout, feeling less stressed, and with a bunch of endorphins!
Each lesson is self contained, so drop ins are welcome. Build on each week’s skills or just select the ones you prefer.
Nine spots available per class. Wear fitted clothing!
Workshops will be held downtown Fargo at Studio 14!
